When is my booking valid?

Once the owner replies and confirms your request. A message sent on WhatsApp is still a booking request.

How do I pay?

The owner shares payment details when confirming your booking. This website does not process any payments.

Can I cancel or change my dates?

You can discuss it with the owner. The cancellation policy is set by the owner and shared before your booking is confirmed.

Why can't I select some dates?

Past dates and dates where every room is taken cannot be selected. Availability data is updated by the owner.

Is my data stored?

No. The details you enter are only used to build the WhatsApp message on your device and are not sent to this website's server.
